Prats - The Pardines - The Fountains

Itinerary can be divided into three sections:

1st section of The Prats at Pardines
We leave the town of Meadows, next to the church of St. Michael Prats Pardines The direction (there is a sign indicative) a pleasant walk that leads to a viewpoint which will see the Sanctuary of Meritxell. Cross the river Cortals Encamp until the old shooting range. Go about 300m. On the road to reach Cortals The Pardines where there is a machine.

The 2nd section of Lake Pardines Engolasters (3km)
The path of the lake Pardines Engolasters is a very wide path where we find a botanical garden with native species and typical of the Pyrenees. Pleasant walk along a path completely flat bench and water points and with magnificent views over the village of Encamp, Casamanya peak and the peak of the pond.

3rd section of Lake Engolasters to sources (3km)
On reaching the lake Engolasters, bordered by the left side to reach the house of Feda. Follow the road about 300m. to the information booth. We will enter the path of the sources where, past the tunnel on the right, there is a viewpoint on Engolasters St. Michel and Les Escaldes. It is a very pleasant way that passes through a forest of pine, fir and white birch and undergrowth typical of wetlands.
