Covid-19 Travel Guarantee 2020-2021

Reservations may be refunded in the following cases:

  • Closure of the borders of the town, city, autonomous community, client’s country and / or Andorra. If this closure occurs during their stay and the client decides to leave, the nights and services not consumed will be reimbursed.
  • If quarantine or confinement is imposed in the town, city, autonomous community, country of the client and / or Andorra. If this closure occurs during their stay and the client decides to leave, the nights and services not consumed will be reimbursed.
  • Closure of the hotel or apartment complex. If this closure occurs during your stay, the nights not consumed will be reimbursed.
  • Closure of ski resorts in Andorra. If this closure occurs during their stay and the client decides to leave, the nights and services not consumed will be reimbursed.
  • Hospitalization for Covid-19 of any of the members of the reserve.
  • Medical leave due to Covid-19 of any of the members of the reserve.
  • Confinement of any of the members of the reserved group.

These conditions will always apply, regardless of the days remaining until the start of the stay.

Valid for the 2020-2021 winter season (November – April)

For cancellations for reasons not specified above, the general cancellation policies established by the hotel will apply.

  • Protective screen in reception and bar
  • Explanatory signs in 4 languages of the security measures to be followed throughout the hotel
  • Common areas such as bathrooms and lounges closed to the public
  • Hydroalcoholic gel dispensers at different points of the hotel
  • Breakfast buffet protected by a screen, customers order what they want and are served at the table
  • Safety distance between tables in the dining room of 1.5 m
  • Ventilation and disinfection of rooms
